The spacious living and dining area include a built-in international satellite receiver, a DVD player, a smart TV, and a music player that connects to speakers around the house. In addition to a few channels from other continents, the majority of the free-to-air channels that we receive are from Europe. Cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a ceramic hob, several coffee makers (Nespresso, Italian, and American), a water boiler, a blender, and numerous other tiny kitchen appliances are all included in the fully furnished kitchen. The laundry room is equipped with a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. The safe box is in the pantry.

There are two bedrooms and two baths on the 125 square metre upper floor of the home. The fifth bedroom has a double bed (2 × 2 metres) and an attached bathroom. Every day, a member of our maintenance team visits the villa to take away the garbage, clean the BBQ, and maintain the garden, hot tub, and swimming pool.
