Three double rooms with balconies facing the garden and pool and a fourth double room with views of the mountains and a private terrace are located on the first floor, facing the front of the house. The ground level houses the fifth double bedroom, which has direct entrance to the garden and a private patio with views of the garden and mountains.

The first-floor sitting room, office, and sun room are all constructed as one vast area with exposed beams and balconies at either end, providing plenty of space for guests to unwind, relax, and take in the tranquilly of the surroundings for a really memorable, upscale vacation rental in Mallorca.

With a dual aspect overlooking the pool and bar areas, the ground floor features a large open-concept kitchen, living and dining area that can seat up to 12 people. It also features a kitchen island with seating for six people and a large, relaxed seating area with a sofa and TV.

The 11 by 4 metre heated feature pool is located in front of the home and has sun loungers for twelve people as well as a daybed where you can relax and take in the stunning views of the Tramuntana mountains.
